Nothing big but I finally got around to clearing my tails, looks sooo much better.

Actually this is my second mod, I changed the exhaust tips awhile back but I wouldn't really consider that a mod. Anyway, taking it slow until I get my Works in then I'll put everything I have stockpiled in the closet on the car.

Anyone want to guess what car the exhaust tips came off of? It's blasphemous but they fit the look I wanted perfectly.

Nope, I didn't even look at GS4 tips. Maybe I should have.

the cleared tails look great, but I have no idea on where the tips came from.

Hmmm....well he said blasphemous so maybe it's like a Pace-Setter or Flowmaster tip (or some other type of American tip from Pep Boys or Kmart) lol. It looks good though and your DIY tails look nice!

 

LOL, nah, they came off of a car and not store bought.

I got them off of a C5 vette and the good thing about that is I got 4 of them so I have 2 backup tips. They are the perfect size for the exhaust diameter.

I like the cleared 98 tails. Makes the GS look wider. I wanted to do it on my car but the inners were turning pink so I went with LED 4 piece instead.

Thanks for the kind words guys. I really like the cleared 98's over the cleared LED 01's as far as how the lens looks but I love how LED's look lit so I might change them later. I just keep seeing threads on low light output issues with the LED's, which sucks, so that is what is holding me back from purchasing them.
