im planing to get some 19' on my gs400...my question is...what offset would be good? in good i mean..flushed to the point where iw ouldnt need to do any fender mods..or not much scraping...im planing to get
fronts: 19x8.5
rears: 19x9.5
not sure what kind of rims yet..but i would like to get some help on the offset..thanks guys
theoretically, i've learned if u will drop moderately on 19's and dont want to do any fender work, keep your front offsets around mid 30's to low 40's and rears at low to mid 40's.
i could be wrong and someone pls chime in to elaborate. but, mine are about that and very vey very conservative w/no fender work needed. would've been nice with more lip though. oh well. GL!
On mine I run a 19X8.5 front with 35 and 19X9.5 rear with 38. Mine is lowered 2 inches and did not need any fender work to clear. Its sits pretty flush and looks good.
