Default spark plug wires replacement

I have a 200 GS300 with 118K, the spark plugs were replaced around 90K, but when do the wires need to be replaced? What about the distributor cap, if there is one on my car?

Thanks in advance for any advice/recommendations!

No distributor cap on these cars...as far as wires go, we have coil packs instead and I don't think they ever have to be replaced unless they break. Someone advise if this is incorrect please...thanks

You have to replace the coil pack only when it fails. Until that point, there is no need.
