Default Front Speaker

I'm having a problem with my front left speaker not working. It cut off once but came back on after I closed the door. Now it doesn't work at all. Any solutions?

Not sure why but you can screw the bolts off the door and you can then screw the speaker out. Once you have a screwdriver it will take 5 min...

I doubt a wire is loose, they are in there pretty solid.

Wow, that's odd then. I'll find the diy door removal and try it out.

my driver side has the same problem eventhough i installed an aftermarket unit meaning the factory amp wouldnt work, but it still cuts me off sometime, i have to bang on it and it comes back on. I'm changing speakers anyways, so hopefully i'll find the answer for this soon.

I remember there was a problem of this happening to a lot of people. It happened to my car also, I had one of the techs replace the door speaker and it has been fine.

I forget if the actual problem was the speaker or the wiring/connector.

Yeah it's really quiet and static from the front left. It could be from the amp because mine was replaced. Apparently the previous owner got water on the amp somehow. How much was it to replace the speaker?
