Default engine strut tower bar spacers?

Who uses engine STB spacers or knows about them? Who sells them and for how much? Thanks!

when people use spacers, as far as my knowlage goes i think they just use the stock black spacers that are already there... spacers aren't good because i guess it takes away some of the sturdiness of the bar but for GS300 with some bars it isn't an option i guess.... try using the stock spacers

Long time ago Mr. Michael Kilty told me that spacers don't kill the rigidity of the STB. And he uses quite a few. Hmm.

cool, use the stock spacer then man if it dosesn't fit.. consider buying another set of spacers and having the first set milled flat by a shop so that they sit right

I guess the spacers Mr. Kilty and others used are alot fatter than what the cars came with. They probably provide enough padding to raise the STBs.

Globe,

Any machine shop can make the spacers with any height for you. Just take your stock spacer to them and tell them exactly how thick you want your new spacers. You can ask them to make the new spacers out of cold-roll steel (with zinc finish) or Aluminum 6061-T6 (clear chem film finish, or anodize with any color of your choice)

Let me know if you have any problem with that.

thanks alot.

I thought they sell STB spacers like how they sell wheel spacers, with a defined thickness like 1/4 inch 1/2 inch or something...
