I lost the master key and have no additional keys (01 GS430). What are my options at this point, I've did a search and looks like there is an alternative to getting the ECU replaced. Any sources where to get the EEprom programming or an idea as to what it would cost if I took it into lexus or aftermarket?

if i recall correctly, it's more than a couple of hundred dollars from dealer. didnt you get the plastic key, that comes in the manual booklet thing?

 

You can get your ECU reflashed, it will be a lot cheaper than having to replace it. There's a member on here that does it but I can't remember off hand who it is.
