Intercontinental Warranty Services (IWS) @ www.iwsgroup.com - Outstanding, IMO.

I currently use them for my GS430. I had warranty work performed on a Camry V6 that I previously owned and both mechanics praised how quick and easy the claims payment process went. While the warranty will probably be less than the $2100 you were quoted, I guess that it will still cost between $1500-$1800. IWS generally serves credit union members, but just say that you were referred by another policyholder - if you choose to contact them.

Default honestly

a really good bet...would be to talk to your local Lexus Service Manager.

They want to get paid Swift and Certain...just as you want things covered.

They will probably give the best advice or choices...based on their past experience with warranty companies.

remember the Service Department is there to:
1. Provide excellent customer satisfaction for the New Car Owners that bring vehicles in for service.
2. GENERATE INCOME...just like sales. Warranty companies paying out for repairs are very important to them.

good luck.
