They are actually pretty good for the price. In combination with HIDs I have great vision at night!!!
The foglights that I have installed have diamater of 3", the opening should be able to acommodate 3 and 1/4" diameter foglights. I went with the 3" because it was only 19.99. Only issue i had was because of the 1/4" space I would get shuttering at highway speeds, ( your gonna need that space for brackets that come with the fogs)which I fixed by using weather stripping painted body color to surrround the circumference..Iam not sure how others have theirs installed but that was the quickest way for me, looks find imho, and it works because the lights fit snug!!!! They have another pair that are around 60 bucks that may fit more snug then my set up, but Iam not sure about how easy or hard it would be to mount the brackets in the bumper, should be easy since you have to drill your own holes or even fab your own brackets!! Thats just my experience though, others can chime in...Mine was a cheap and effective way!!!!

Here are the Hella Optilux. Perfect fitment for this bumper; I bolted the brackets directly to the metal bumper support (requires test-fitting and bumper removal)
I wired the "angel eye" rings to the parking light circuit.
