I really appreciate that tmf bro!! The only downside is: now that I'm stationed in Germany, I need parking lights to pass inspection so instead of going with the fog retrofit like I had planned, I had to purchase the cheap Audi/LED fogs and wire them since the high beam no longer accommodates a parking light; and trust me, these things are POS'. But they do look nice when not lit lol

 

hey northstyle, what projectors did you use for the high beams? im gonna redo my 460 retro and i bought some H1s for the high beams. so far it seems like very little modification is needed to make them fit.

 

Well technically, I have four high beams since the LS460s are bi-xenons However, I know what you mean; they're 2006+ Subaru WRX halogen projectors.

 

Your retrofits looks so tempting. Like most people here, I had my low beams done. It looks good and the output is great but this makes me want to do the other part.

 

ahh i see, did the wrx projectors require much modifications to make them fit?

 

I honestly couldn't tell you as I paid someone to do the retrofit.

Seeing these lights is motivation to get off my *** and do mine. Unless there is someone in the north west willing to lend their services?

 

I'm really interested in using the Morimoto D2S projectors. Did you do this on factory HID headlights? Any trouble keeping the auto-level feature?
