When doing a retro do most of you guys leave the inner headlight housing Chrome or would you paint it?
Remember my car is DWP so would black, metalic gray (SD), or satin black look good on the DWP.. any ideas..thanks

Well my car is black on black so it was a no brainer for me to paint it black but I left the highbeam reflector chrome, doesn't look too bad. In your case I would go with a lighter color like maybe a charcoal or try to color match it.

DO you have any pics Chris? I think colormatching will be to much DPW and with the car the SD look and a satin black will make those projectors stand out by themselves.. Do get me wrong the chrome looks great on the headlights just wanted something different..thanks

I'm going to eventually redo them with satin black because the matte black I used made it look too dull. If I'm still not satisfied, I'm planning to go back to chrome. Good luck with your lights.

Hey Tony, here's a thread I made a while ago with pics of my retrofit.
