Did lexus ever make a gs with white exterior and black interior? I really want a white gs, but I dont like tan leather. What do you guys prefer

black/black
white ext/ tan int

 

I got a 99 DPW/Black GS300...apparently rare combo.

If you can't fine a white on black, then the best thing you can do is swap interiors. Other than that, good luck finding one. And when you do, you'll know you have to compromise on some part (like high mileage) because the chances you'll run into another white on black is slim.

 

anyone want to trade my tan one for black? i wish my interior was black. white on black is hot.

 

i think JeffTsai has a DPW, and he wanted to do a swap w/ a sport design GS for the black interior

 

Thats a very hard combo to find. you'll have to be very patient to find it..Good luck.

 

it's dwp(diamond white pearl), not dpw. Jeff's car is an 05, therefore it is crystal white.

 

I have an 03 430 Parchment Crystal Pearl with black, its nearly white in the sun I live near a metro area of about 400K people about 150 west of Chicago. Since I read a review of the first of the 2nd gen, I watched GS 4 models trickle through the local dealer who would go months at a time without any. I took what I could get, but not sure what I would have settled for. What I want, is carbon fiber where the wood is, but don't want a kit.

 

Why not just paint the car, rather than switch the interior? I would think it would be a faster process to just paint. Everyone wants a new paint job anyways.

I would love to have black but would hate it with the hot texas sun, black does look very good. But I settled for an in between.

DWP on *Gray*. looks much better then tan in my opinion although none of the color combos look bad on the GS, oh wait I take that back the sport design with the saddle seats is

I know some of you guys out there love that combo, I just dont see why

 

you know the interior everyone calls Tan is actually called Ivory, right?
