Well I dont really care what others think. Im an avid mountain biker and I sometimes have to carry people in the car.
Sure I could have bought a SUV, but they just dont drive the same nor they are my style. I wouldn't consider my rack as a mod anyway.
Like you I am also a biker but more on-road than off but my bike rack is not the kind you have on the roof. Mine mounts from the trunk so I've been thinking twice about putting it on my ride. Your roof mount doen't look bad at all. Thanks for the input and pic.
Well I guess these days there are alot of 'stereo' types. Me personally I believe only tasteful mods should be done on more expensive cars.
I just learned something today: Tasteful Mods. I believe my mods are tasteful. Although I've yet do drop my car (hopefully this spring). That might not be tasteful
"Back Off" mud flaps = HELLLLLL NOOOOOOO. ECUGS430, what was going through your mind when you saw that.
To each their own....everyone has their own tastes and prefrences. As long as you're happy with it, then that's all that really matters.
I agree, we all have opinions but we dont all pool our resources to collectively mod each others cars. I'm a little more conservative so things like 22" wheels on non lowered anything is not my cup of tea, but as another poster referenced, there are those that think lowering a luxury car is stupid and pointless as well. it goes on and on.
LIP KITS! Well atleast the ones that arent molded in. wtf man
am with you bro
for months when i joined CL, i kept on trying to look for specific posts with pictures showing what a lip looked like on our cars.
in other words, i don't see much difference in our cars (2nd gen) with or without lips
see guys another example of personal preference
