Default Where's the stock ECU located?

Can anyone tell me where the ECU is located? Also just a quick run through of what needs to be removed to access it. I'm just trying to solder in the SRT Intake ECU.

In the black box, under the hood, behind the driver side headlight.

Oh? That's quite easy then . I thought it'd be on the passenger footrest inside like every other car.

you just have to take off the cover of that black box (a few screws), you don't have to remove anything else.

Thanks for helping out. I was able to locate it very easily. It makes it a hell lot easier to solder anything to the ECU. On my other cars I have to remve the carpet, trim, and whatnots to get to the ECU's.
