where is the ecu located on a 93 sc400 and how do i get to it? take it off?
help please.. thanks

 

Under the passenger feet.

Take the 1" strip off the lower inside of the door
Fold back the carpet so that you can see the black ECU cover
Take off 4 - 5 10mm nuts
Remove the black cover
The ECU will be the one on the RIGHT "DRIVERS SIDE"
There is a screw in the middle of the ECU Harness Clip, take that out
There are 4 tangs that hold the Clip onto the ECU, be careful when prying them back they are easily broken
