their actually with a bvluish tint in the side mirrors.. the rearview mirror is more of a greyish brown tint i think

It should be, when I brought my car in and asked them to replace the mirrors because the little rubber ring around the outside was breaking down and deteriorated (?) they took care of it for me right away without hassle.

OK, I got the rear view figured out. It "works" within a 2-5 seconds. Not long at all! Not sure the headlights behind me were "dimmed," but everything around the headlights in my rear view mirror went dark with auto-dim on.

Still couldn't see anything work with the side view mirrors. When combined with my post above where Lexus's site only notes the "inside" or rear view mirror has the auto-dim function, I do not believe the side view mirrors are auto-dim.
