Default Navigation Question

Wasup guys how are all of you tonight.

I have a 2003 GS430 and I was just browsing and I noticed with a 98 GS400 with navigation that the navi is bird eye view navigation, now can I get that on my '03 GS430? Is this option already there and I can do it myself? Or is an entirely new cd required, or is this not even offered? I have a pic below showing the GS400 navi and a GS430 navi and maybe that will give you an idea of what I'm talking about if what I'm saying isn't exactly clear enough.
The other pic will be in a diff. post, I don't know how to put up 2 pics in one thread

Just touch the compas on the upper left side of the screen. It will toggle between birds eye and NSEW

Pushing the compass only changes the orientation of the map...whether the North is always up or the heading of the car is always up.

98-00 it's in there not sure for the '01 and up.

Menu
Navi Option
Guidance Mode

Then there should be some options there to turn stuff off and on. Again i'm not sure if it's the same on the 01+ navi's. Hope this helps you out though.

Edit: Just went and messed with mine fully, I'm wrong there's actually no way I found to turn it off, anyone else have ideas?
