mikeydread,

That's absolute crap, and I'm pissed that one of our heroes (and I freakin' mean that) gets his car screwed while serving his country. Not okay. First, my recommended punishment for the jerkoff who did this is a 2 year tour in Mosul without a gun or body armor. Second, I challenge any dealer who reads this forum, and I know they are out there to step up, and replenish your foglights for free. Damn right--FREE. Here's my thinking...mikeydread is busting his ***** while dealers are selling luxury vehicles to people who are not busting their ***** (or other parts) to keep us safe. The freakin' least they can do is give a little of their cash to mikeydread as a sign of appreciation for what they continue to do as he risks his life. I'm done. Thanks mikeydread, and now it's Lexus' turn.

mikeydread - i wanna help you out and i'm sure others do too.

it sickens me that you went to serve our country and came back to find your stuff trashed by someone who took advantage of you being away.

gimme your paypal address and I'll send over some funds to help you out with replacing those fog lamps. i'm sure a few of us on CL can contribute.

Also, since you're in AZ, come over to the house and I'll help you refinishing those headlights.

hey Revman, thanks alot for that. it's good to know people still appreciate what it is we do. but I am not looking for a handout, I mean, I am willing to pay for them, just not the exhorbitant amount that some poeple are asking, not the one's from Carson sound pretty good, so I am going to hop right on that. And to Lt. Lex, thanks for the information, I heard of it before, not in that detail, that's why I was sceptical about it, but getting that firm of an understanding of what they do will put my mind at ease next time and I will definitely utilise the service.

Thanks Cliffud, I might take you up on that headlight cleaning, but I got the foglights, I couldn't have you guys send me money though, I don't think it's appropriate, I sincerely appreciate it though, it makes me wanna go back over there, but hey, thanks for the support, and I sincerely appreciate the offer, but no thanks, just knowing you understand where i'm coming from is good enough

I feel you man and I was in the same boat a few years back after 911 I have an armrest that i will give you for $10 and shipping. It is not perfect but it beats nothing. Tan color and a few wear spots but still in good condition.
