G-Force makes chips that does alot of things including adjusting air/fuel, speed limit release, etc. Unfortunately they're procrastinators and the chip for the 98+ GS300 and GS400 haven't been released yet (after about 3 years after they said they're working on it.... must be VVTi problem). When it's done it'll cost over a grand.

Default RE: bypassing the gov

HKS has something that we might be able to utilize for speed gov. I believe it is a fuzzy logic based junction called "the Speed Limit Defencer" or SLD for short. I've never had the opportunity to test it... yet. But I have seen documented high speed test runs in New Zealand where a V300 hit 170+ mph before the head gasket blew. BTW... it was utilizing a Blitz 850R single turbo variant.
