Default Going V8 !!!

I've made the decision to go V8. I've been looking at other cars and I still want to stay with the GS, just can seem to pull myself away from the 2nd Gen GS model. I have been looking for a car for with more horsepower and such but I just can't leave a un finished project. Plus I think a SRT Twin Turbo kit on a GS4 will do me just fine. So now I'm hunting for a excellent condition 98+GS400 or 01+430 in black on black trim. Hope I can find one that matches my criteria

Good luck on your search. I would try to get an '02 or '03. Report back to us and let us know of the difference and experience.

I did a search in AutoTrader.com around O.C/L.A area for 01-03 GS430 and a bunch of them show up. This one looks excellent.

WOW thanks for the help guys! Very very much appreciated, I will of course keep everyone updated once I get into one.

However I contacted a friend who owns a dealership and he is searching for one for me. He said about 3-4 weeks time since he is searching for one in great shape at a low price. He sold one about 2 months ago black on black V8 2003 navi chrome wheels the works he said he picked it up at a Lexus Auction in Chicago for $16k!!! No rust, low mileage all service records super super clean car.

So I think I'll wait for him to find one. Here is his website in case any of you need a quality used exotic sports car or luxury car..

good luck in your search. When it comes to the SRT TT GS400 setup, just be prepared to spend in the range of $20-30K for their work.

This is the car Best value on the used car market. 400hp out of the box and no suspension mods needed. Plug and play parts from Dinan can boost the horse power numbers up

Can it be bought for $16K? That's a great price for a '03 430.

Forgot to add 30k for the TT set up, another 2k for suspension mods, mor $$ for tidbits to make this car on par with an M5. By the time you add up the price of mods, he will exceed the price of a used M5.
