how can i fix this or get new piece without going to the stealer?

 

the salvage yard. I know it's a Lexus but without going to the "Stealership" that's your only option unless someone from the club is selling the same piece. Put it in the Classifieds as "WTB" and then describe what you're looking for. By the way you're also missing the piece for your side vent. That right there has to be replaced by the dealer.....mine was missing when I bought my car and they had to take out the whole dashboard. Anyways good luck.....if you happen to find the piece for the vent in the center console do it yourself it's very simple to do. Let us know how it turns out.....
