check your fuses that might have something to do with it, does your car have any kind of modifications done to it, like stereo, lights, or any kind of electrical modifications, if so check the wiring on those too.

Hi guys
no ecectrial mods, could this be a problem with the battery, in cold weather when its started cold the nav screen is not fully ready you can see like scroll bars rolling on the screen, anybody else sees this in winter. my car is not driven every day mostly on weekends so it will sit sometimes for five or six days without being started, should i think of getting a yellow top.
thanks, clive.

you shouldnt leave your car sitting there for such a long period of time it is best to at least let the car run for 10 minutes every 2 to 3 days, I dont think your problem is the battery it could be a fuse some where or, you have a wire that has been sliced or something, have you taken it to the dealers to get it checked out?
are you still under warrenty?

Clive, if you ever need to go to a very good outside body/mechanic shop, let me know. They are friends of my brother-in-law and they do a fantastic job.

I've had the same thing happen a couple of times to my car also...is your car a 98?

I have a 98 gs400 with about 73000 miles.
