Hey All,
Well i did a search and it seems liek a few of the GS owners are having the window trouble. My front passenger window decided to stop going up unless i was holding the button the whole time a couple of weeks ago, and yesterday it stopped working completely. I can still roll it up and down using the switch on the passenger door panel, but my master switch doesnt work for that window. Any idea what the problem might be with that? Thanks,
Ivan

Sounds like a bad drivers door switch to me. It could be corrosion on the switch contacts. Has it gotten wet lately?
No it never got wet, I dont know what it could be! Its just for that one window, works fine for the other 3, thats what i dont understand. I need to buy a whole new master PW assembly because of of the buttons broke too, anybody know a good place to buy it other than the dealer?
a lot of GS owners have this problem? hasn't happened to me yet though.. hope it doesn't! *knock on wood* haha
From what I've been reading a few people on here had problems with their windows, I wish somebody who actually had aproblem would chime in and let me know what the problem was, I dont even feel comfortable rolling it down using the passenger button, who knows it's coming back up!
well initially... when you have the problem where it doesn't roll all the way up and goes back down automatically... you hold it up until it reaches the top and continuing holding it up for more than 5 or 10 seconds and it worked for me. i had the problem for driver's side.
