Default I'm back!

After 9 months without, I've decided to purchase an 01 GS300. I had a 99 GS300 and traded it in on a new 2005 Passat TDi wagon. (I was commuting 180 miles a day to work). Well, I now have a job closer to home. I've sold the Passat (got $1k more than I asked) and now I have an 01 "silver" with black interior, GS300. I can tell you one thing, I sure did miss the GS. What a car!

Now, I just wish it had a wood shift ****!

I just did the same thing, but I had mine for about 10 months and bought almost 2 weeks ago.

Mine is at the dealer today getting service and other stuff, then hopefully goes to the detailer and window tinter this weekend.

Welcome back! I'am new the to site but I find myself appreciating my 00 GS more and more everyday. So I know what you mean I don't think I could see myself in any other type of sedan at the moment (unless I got 05 745i for 20k )

Welcome back...always good to get a bit more than you bargained for. I bought a black leather/wood shift **** that came out of a 2005 Chrysler 300. It matched well with my interior. maybe it's cheaper than lexus??

Welcome Back.............I have the same color combo. on my GS3 and also wanted the black leather and wood shift ****. I tried searching for it here on CL to see if any one had it for sale, but after a month or so I had no luck. I wound up getting it on E-Bay from a 2002 model for $75.00 shipped and in great condition. Good Luck.
