I know, I know. I already searched this code and came up with some good answers.

I am wondering if the canister is a DIY. Where is this sucker located...? I know in the supra it is in the top passenger corner of the engine compartment.

Also, the part appears to be pricey. Does anyone know if I can use the canister for the supra (either the TT or NA) in the GS300. Are the part numbers interchangable. A lot of supra just throw the canisters away.

Extremely highly doubt there is an interchangable part number from another vehicle... even a Supra. The canister, is above the rear differential. It can be done as a DIY, but it can be pretty involved, depending on how mechanically inclined you are. Good luck with everything... But, are you sure its a canister leak? P0446 can be a VSV problem, a broken vaccuum hose... or any number of things... i would check the valve and hose right by your intake box.. among other things...

like RTCamaroSS said, it can be many things, don't go changing your canister for no reason. It can be a simple problem like forgetting to tighten your gas cap, or a bad gas cap. My car threw off that code because my gas cap was bad. but check it through before you waste money.

Thanks fellas. I will start with checking the vac lines.

Any help on locating where the VSVs for this system are located.
