Default I know of one...

CSHFLW,

I know of one strut tower bar that will clear. It is the C-One Strut bar. I believe it is the most robust strutbar made for the current GS. However, the cost for one of those is in the upper $300 dollar bracket and it needs to be shipped from Japan. Get a hold of David from GTAutosports.com

Does the GS400 RMM strut bar fit? It's the same size engine bay, I would think the V8 would be bigger too.....

v300 are you sure the C-One bar will fit? The specs say it fits 161 Turbos?!?

cshflw - the RMM one will definetly not fit without taking the cover off your engine. I know on none that will fit without taking the cover off .

I thought we were talking about 300's ? The reason the RMM stb fits on the 400 and not the 300 with cover is that the 400 engine is bigger but sits lower than the 300's I-6. That's why it won't fit on the 300 without taking the cover off.

I've sold the UGO Carbon-Fiber STB for the GS300's, they say it clears.

For what its worth, it is my opinion (after dealing with numerous after-market distributors) that ANY parts that Steve has access to(i.e TRD, UGO, TOMS, etc..) should be purchased through Steve(Carson Toyota)....
This means if you want to rest assured that the price is GREAT, service is ATTENTIVE, and that the parts WILL actually arrive on the date he quotes you, stick with Steve......It is a RARITY that you will find an after market set-up such as his..(backed by an actual dealer and run by its parts manager)
Obviously, there are other good after market parts makers/distributors for the GS. Thanks, Tiny
