much props to Freddy's rim repair shop! his work is damn good to say the least! of course a new rim will always look better but it was 10 times better from before 
and trust me...those minor finger print marks and swirl will definitely be taken care of once i polish dem lips with mothers billet metal polish.
and thank you henry for the advice on NOT getting a clearcoated lip...you saved me a good 5k!

Im going to strip it off and just polish it or chrome the lips

Glad to see things worked out Cody. No clearcoat saved you here but it is a compromise between meticulous maintenance and managing a daily driver. I took the risk and chose the latter since I cannot see myself cleaning my wheels more than I already am.
