Looking to purchase my first GS430 this weekend. How does one determine if the car has Xenon lights or was this a standard option on a 2001 GS430? Please advise guys!

not 100% sure on your particular car, but you can just look at the headlight lenses on the front bottom. it should say d2r on the lense which means it uses d2r HID bulbs. if it says "9006", it's halogen.

another good sign you have HID is when you first start your car, the auto leveling motor goes on which makes your headlight beam goes up and then down to proper position.

 

like i replied you on email, all gs430 has hid headlights, it's standard on gs430 since 01

 

turn on the headlights, that one way J/K I believe it has the yellow fogs also, if i am not mistaken

 

yep, GS430=HID. They don't come any other way.
