Hey guys. I have a little problem with the lex. When ever I take a corner the is a cliking thumping sound coming from the front end. It is only when I go around a corner. I just had the tie rod ends and ball joints done. The steering knuckle was also replaced. do yall have any ideas Thanks for the help guys.
maybe its the CV joints....lol..jk, I would take it back to the shop and tell them it wasnt doing this before they worked on it. The only thing that comes to mind is loose fasteners.
I did the work on the car. i triple checked all of the nuts and bolts. The steering knuckle was replace by the dealer but it was doing it before they touched it.
it sounds like what the cv joints did on my honda when they where going out. but that cant be the case. I will call corlley at park place see what he says.
Another angle ... just got my springs re-wrapped or skinned or sound-proofed, according to my dealer. The front right was making quite a racket on compression aka bumps. No "bad" sounds now.
