i was thinking, since the GReddy exhaust was made for the GS4/4.3 wouldn't it be quieter if i was making moer power? (i.e. Dragon Intake / Apex'i AFC)

cause then i'd be making around 260HP flywheel and thats a lot better than the 232HP i'm making now... so that means there would be more backpressure right? so that would make the droneing bassy note at like 2300RPM quieter or gone? thanks guys

Default a baffle?

See if GReddy makes a baffle for the muffler canister. This is the only suggestion I can think of. If not you might have to custom fight the A'Pex-I one on.

ask Hiro if he can get those universal ones. I see them all the time on Japanese magazine ads.

How are you making 232 horsepower? Your Greddy's gave you that much? Because it is a cat on a GS3, I would think you wouldn't gain much at all.

Sasha,

My CF Borlas, regarded as one of the loudest exhaust available for the GS, were tamed significantly by adding the SRT intake. I bet you will get a similar result with the components you mentioned.

For GS with Eshift, the drone can be drastically reduced by keeping rpm at 2K or higher [GS400 with Ltune exhaust experience].
