checked rails, brushed, used my compressor to blow the crap out, and regreased...still no luck.
it seems as if the passenger side rail has stopped moving completely...I don't even want to know how much Lexus would charge for this. Has anyone tackled this?

How did you end up resolving that? Mine has done the exact same thing. Motor is running, passenger side seems off tracks (looks like little track with grooves is missing on that side)

just an FYI, coco hasnt logged on in over 2 years. i just replaced my whole sunroof track. i got a spare sunroof for cheap and fixed it this way.
Easy. My sunroof went all the way back and would not close. I held the close button down while taking the other hand pulling the glass forward. The motor kicked in and the sunroof closed.
