Let me try my best to answer your Q's. I had both PI 2800 TC and TRD LSD installed when I had 18's on my car. I smoked the rear tires at almost every light. After upgrading to 20's, now I just chirp the tires and go. With these mods, you won't feel too much of difference on acceleration. But without the performance mods, you'll see about 0.5 second slower from 0-60.

I had Billstein/H&R for alomost 3 years before I upgraded to Tein CS. I drive hard and I'm still on stock bushings. I check all my suspension connections every 3 months and I do not see any signs of wearing so far. My car is at 56k miles today.
