Does the RMM grill come with the Lexus symbol and is it the same size as the original one?

Smile Installation

Guys - Everything ya need comes with the RMM kit ( emblem, mesh & screws to hold the mesh ). U'll need to have it painted & it would be a good idea to trim the mesh insert for a cleaner look once the hood's opened. Then it's a simple bolt-off/on procedure with a ratchet/socket combo ( 10 mm, I think? ) & a Phillips screwdriver.

The fit is okay but it is not flawless. The top of the grille, the part that follows the contour of the hood, is not a perfect fit. To describe, it looks like there are two subtle ripples in the top portion of the grille. It is not really noticeable from the front but you can tell from the side. I really love how the grille looks though! I had it for two years and so many people commented on how nice it was. I just wanted to try something different. The TRD has a flawless fit to it but IMO doesn't look quite as classy. I'm really happy with my TRD though. I looks a bit more sporty.

I didn't have quite a good fit on mine. I didn't fit right when I closed the hood. You see some spaces. I eventually sold it to a friend.

Fitment on mine sucked! The holes that you srew in didn't even line up . There are 5 holes and the last one was a b@&*#h to srew in cause it didn't line up . I finally got it in after 30 min. fighting with the grill. Pulling and tugging on it.

I also have a 1 in. gap at the top. Looks good though IMHO .

The RMM grill fits great. I did have the TRD and it also fit good. In my opion however, I think the RMM grill fits just a bit better then the TRD. But the problem is how to make up your mind. Both are great and both fit well. Anyway here is a pic. of my GS with the RMM grill. Also the grill came with all the screws and the mesh.

I would have to say that the TRD fits much better than the RMM. The grille in your photo doesn't fit that well from the looks of it. Sure the RMM looks great but doesn't fit nice (which is why after two years, I got rid of my RMM grille). The TRD on the other hand follow the curve of the hood perfectly without even the smallest gap. The look may not appeal to everyone's taste though. The RMM is very classy and refined where as the TRD is much sportier and aggressive.

Has anyone put an aftermarket front grill (except RMM) on their silver GS? I really want to take a look of TRD front grill with silver GS.
