I just noticed that my high beams are out. I checked all the fuses in the car and all of them seem to be ok. I checked the bulbs and none are burned out. All other lights work in the car. Does anyone know if there is a high beam relay that might be out or where one might be located. I don't hear a clicking noise with I flip the high beam switch. Thanks

 

Check the connection to the bulb, if the connection is not made to any 1 bulb they high beams wont turn on.

 

my drls work fine. Just when I flip the switch, the high beams stay dim and never go brighter. Do you think it might be the :"Dimmer DRL #2" relay?

 

Hmm, it wont be the drl relay because then your drl's wont work. It might be a busted relay, look in the lexus manual and look at the list with all the fuse's and check the once related to high beams, maybe you will find a dead one.
