My 01' GS 300 is still hesitating from a rolling stop. Sort of hard to explain. Sometimes when accelerating from a near stop the car takes off like the traction control is engaging, or the throttle is not opening, then a rush of power! Any ideas? The plugs have been replaced. I had posted something to this effect a while back. Also when I'm stomping it, I get a chirp sound from under the car everytime the car changes gears at wide open throttle. And I know its not the tires!! Am I being too rough with the car?

Try adjusting the slack on the throttle wire.
