borla TIPS!!

hey guys!

i'm planning to buy new TIPS! i like the Borla so far! but i need help!!
when i start choosing they give me those kind of info:

Inlet Diameter: 2.5"
Outlet Diameter: 3"
Tip Length: 14"

honestly! i get lost!! which size will fit my car!!

i dont know what to do

ok check it ...
inlet diamater is what gets welded to the canister
outlet diamater is what you and others see, the outmost part of the tip (exposed part)
tip length 14" !! are you sure thats wayy to long thats just the length... if u notice the design of a tip the inner part is usually like this:

u can always get a mufler shop to cut the back end shorter if needed, were i made the dotted line

i hope u didnt buy a tip for truck where its 3" most of the tip

depending on what model your car is this will help you out on the stock inlet size.
GS400/300: 2 1/8"
GS430: 2 3/8"

2.5 will be fine they'll just weld it up.
