Look what Mr. Fedex delivered yesterday:

After 7 years, I finally bought some wheels. A big step for me

I looked through the galleries and doesn't seem like too many members have the l-sportlines, especially these are 18s. Most members prefer 19s and 20s b/c 18s look pretty small.
I wanted 18s b/c I feel uneasy with anything smaller than 40 series.

I guess more members will post pictures of their l-sportlines from the blow-out sale from Doublewhoosh.

Rominl and neo have been extremely helpful for helping me decide on the tire size b/c I initially wanted 45 series for the extra cushion, so rubbing will be a slight concern. It seems like I might have to go with 40 series, more visually appropriate

And here's the wheel
L-sportline model iv, 1 piece.

Thanks everyone (lexus_kid, neo, cliffud, rominl, lex Fnatic, tlw, chicagoblknazn, blacksc, bluelex) for the replies. I will post up pictures when I get the tires mounted. I bought them from a member for $900.
I've been reading up old posts regarding the anticipation of the tires rubbing. I might be heading out to Home Depot for a belt sander

At the same time, I need to get the springs and trd lcb installed.

Thanks for that picture lex Fnatic. We have Lorinsers/lowenharts on our Lexus, but this is the first I've seen L-Sportlines on MBs.

I guess from my sig regarding the black GS, it's screwing people up
First, it's a photochop of a GS front on an LS body. 2nd I have pearl diamond white, so that black powered look is out of the question Lexus kid . And from my siggy descriptions, there's not much done to the car. It's very stock looking, been riding on those 16s since '99
