The film is self-adhesive. You apply it just like any other vinyl sticker, just peel off the back and stick. The film won't rip like stickers so you dont' have to be so fragile. Just make sure it's positioned right.

You can find this at many places, the best place to look is car parts shops that sells vinyl graphic stickers. Where do you live?

I'll try to put up some pics of my lights. Soon.

Not sure where to find this stuff in NoCal, the bay area. Could you find it at a large chain like Pep Boys, Kragen, Grand Auto? Or would it have to be more of a specialty place?

I assume the film is translucent, yes? So the blinkers show darker orange when on?

Would love to see your pics.

I don't think Pepboys will have it. I think only car mod stores will have them.

The film is basically transparent red. Your signal light will light up red with JUST ALITTLE orange. (still legal)

i want to red out my entire tail light but im afraid that if i do that, i wont have white reverse lights and if i get into an accident while backing up, itll automatically be my fault cuz other people cant tell im backing up (no white lights to warn them).... what to do?

What to do?

Don't

If you get busted it's worse than if you have Blue Reverse Lights.
