Is there anyone here that works at a Lexus Dealer (or knows someone who does), who can tell me what the official books say is the labor time to install a TC unit. I brought my car in to have it installed, and they quoted me 7 hours at nearly $600 after taxes etc. The guys in the SC forum said it should be 4 or five hours. I'm curious to know exactly what it is supposed to be. Thanks so much in advance. I just feel like I'm getting ripped off.

It's 6 hours of labor according to the book. But any places other than the dealers will do the job for you for about $400.
