Default Dealer damaged tint

Is there way to fix scratched tint?
I have 3 month old tint job which was near perfect.
Last week, I had the car at the dealer to fix passenger door that was stuck in closed position.
I found 3-4 scratches about 1 inch long along the edge of passenger window.

When my car goes in this dealership, it almost always comes back with other damages. The next nearest dealer is not much better.
I'm not planning to ask the dealer to fix this, but should I ask for the cost of retinting?
Thanks in advance for any advice.

No, it was cloudy and getting dark when I picked it up.
The scratches are exactly where the door lock mechanism are when the window is rolled down.
I know they were trying to force the door open sticking some tools in there.
It is really ridiculous that if you have to do a full inspection of the car each time you are picking it up.

I was trying to see if the scrach can be repaired since I don't really want to deal with the dealer.

The only way to fix the scratch is to replace the tint on that window. You might want to replace the other side as well so that they look even.

If you are going to have the dealer pay, don't wait too long to act. They are responsible for what they do. My old IS had the CD player replaced twice and the second time it came back w/ scratches on the plastic near the shift ****; I didn't care cause the car was old and I was about to sell; but if something happens to my RX, you'd better be sure they'll be responsible.

Just go ahead and take off the tint and re-apply it. Shouldn't cost u too much.
