nice pics there

however though (a bit criticize), from these night pics, somehow it shows more of the flow of the door caps and the little bit of unsmoothness

Beautiful car but I agree w/ above!!! However I dont think its the door caps.... I think its the side skirts. They seem to protrude out and under that lighting it looks as if the car is bubbly.... like the chrome trim area is dented in.... I think thats what I'm trying to say....

Maybe molding the skirts might smooth it out.

but I'll tell you one thing... .that front end is just pure class!!! genius !!!

I don't see what you are talking about with the unsmoothness?? I am very **** about the quality of the finish on my car and I was very careful to make sure the prep, paint and finish of the kit was perfect before they put it on the car.

If you are talking about the enlarged doorcaps, that's definitely correct. I specifically asked for the enlarged new door panels so that my +24 offset wheels would fill the body of the car better. The little indentation on each door cap is needed to be there otherwise you can't open the door without the "thicker" caps hitting where the door meets the body.

If you look through your VIP magazines, you will see that every car there with new door panels will definitely have the same thing.

.....unless you guys are completely talking about different things.....??

hey jon, no i dno't think any of us are takling about the paint finish. they are very smooth, color is good, so the prep and painting is good imho

if anything (again, i am being **** here too), look at the first thing. you see the top part of the car and it starts to curve in. suddenly the bottom part of the door (the new door cap) curves right out again to the bottom to "meet" up with the skirts. somehow that creates a pretty bad "folding" effect to me, giving me the feeling that the lines dont go well with each other.

call me crazy, but i know what you want and looking for. i guess having anther cap made for the top would really do it, but then that's a lot more money too

by comparison (i just pulled out all my magazines), the jp kits also have the door caps but i don't get the idea about the lines that i see on your car. could be coz' the color is dark (though i have seen a lot of angles of the pics and still don't notice that) or they have a mucch less aggressive caps

OOOOOhhhh I totally know what you mean now. Yes, if you compare my door caps to the JP caps, of course JP will be MUCH less aggressive than mine, coz the JP caps are just a bit of an "curvy extension" from the top part of the door. Yes, we talked about this before. But that's in fact the look that I was going for.

If you want aggressive, check out the IMC door caps! Now, that's TOO aggressive:

i dunno what some of you guys are talkin bout...

as much as JT and I have differed in the past, one thing I can commend him on is his ride...

his paint is perfect, body kit is sick and choice of wheels, well.....needless to say this but a true VIP afficionado...

IMO no one on here can hate on his car, as he had his kit made specifically for him and no two exist....

that not only takes $$$$$$$$$$$$$$, but taste and class IMO

good job bro!
