Default Need Wheel Opinion

Considering these 3 styles in staggered setup.

18x8 - 22.0 lbs
18x9 - 23.8 lbs

17x8 - 26.0 lbs
17x9.5 - 28.0 lbs

18x8.5 - 16.8 lbs
18x9.5 - 17.5 lbs

It is more or less between the first 2 since I should be able to get them with tires shipped under 2K but it is hard to resist the SSR performance edge...

Would be easier if Neo would just sell me his OZ L-Tuned wheels...

Do you want 18's only or are 19's and 20's also an option??

I know, I like the SSR's too but they are over $500.00 more than I wanted to spend.

I would consider 19's but they are really expensive when they are light and staggered... so...

I really shouldn't put much more than 1500 in some new wheels... I really like my factory 17's but 2 have slow leak issues probably due to chipped chrome inside the wheel and no tire shop seems interested in helping me get them fixed or sealed and I personally really don't feel like messing with them. I will probably put them on the market after I get a new set.

Wheels and tires, shipped. I only drive my GS on weekends and the occasional weekday so I don't wont to go overboard on the wheels. Both the Italia's and the ATA's would come in under 2K with tires and both seem like quality products. I am stilling looking at getting Diazen sways, a new bumper, and a CF hood with FI in the distant future so I am trying to save money...

I like the ASA at the top, but would have to be 19's or 20's with a nice drop. I think the SSR will look good in 18's with a decent drop to cover up a lil bit. I vote SSR!

yes i vote for the 5 spoke as well easy to keep clean and a basic design in 19's or 20's to fill the wheelwell

This is what the AT's will look like on a white GS. This was before the L-tuned suspension.....

I also opted for the standard setup vs the staggered because of the ability to rotate the tires.....

I'd go for the SSR's.

Thanks for all the input everyone, I think when it is time I probably will bite the bullet and get the SSR's. I really wanted something light, staggered, and Gunmetal so I think those are the best way to go.

I am having to hold off on buying new wheels for now though because I just got a quote for a new wood floor in my home that I can't pass up...

What can I do, I spend more time at home than in my car so... Unless some increadible deal presents itself here locally that I can't pass up i will be riding on the factory chrome.
