gs400 tranny question
i have a question, hopefully u can help me solve this problem.
i took my car to ez-lube under a hook-up a friend gave me.
they did the fluid flushes, however, im not sure if the transmission fluid they used is ok for my car.
they used SYNTHETIC ATF MOBILE 1. PLUS some additive that says it modifies ATF into a high friction compound. called like "Smart Blend"
what i was wondering is that, is this atf ok for my car? i dont want to be damaging my tranny.
its supposed to be Toyota T-IV fluid or somthing for my car
thridly, i dont even know if the fluid is TRUELY synthetic mobile 1, becasue he poured it from used bottles (he could of filled with regular to pretend it was synthetic). he insisted that it was the real deal though. at the very least its just moblie 1 regular atf + that additive. but im 80% sure he did use synthetic.
