Default ? about emblems

I removed my chrome emblems to replace them with the black pearl emblems. I want to reuse the L from the back on the front grill. Does anyone know a way to put sticky on the back of the emblem so it will stay on the grill, and where to get that from? Oh, and the L isnt chrome anymore, I painted it.

You have to buy an adhesive glue. They sell it at any autoparts store.

I used my wife's hot-glue gun... those clear sticks of glue that needs to be warmed up. I think I used at least 2.5 sticks.....lets just say I was very generous....lol....and there is no sign of glue from the front. At first I thought the engine heat would soften up the glue....but it doesn't....there's enuff ventilation. The other stuff does not provide a good enuff adhesion.

Does that work even on the mesh grill that comes with the TRD grill? I had a stock emblem on there before and it wasnt on there very firmly

I did it for my TTE grill...which have larger openings in the mesh than the TRD grill. Mines is still stuck on there....2 months and counting.....no movement at all. I think this is the best solution instead of using epoxy or super glue....cuz if you decide to remove the emblem one day....just heat it up.
