Erebuni Eyebrows affect HID performance?

Erebuni Eyebrows affect HID performance?
Do the Erebuni Eyebrows (or equivalent) affect light output of HIDs? I sort of like the more aggressive look, but does it keep the light from hitting the pavement?
if i have to get i like the jp ones
i heard that carson tuned also has an eye lid?
and depending on how the headlights are covered it might affect the light output. but from what i know, both jp and carson tuned don't
