Engine runs fine. I cut the mirror cable. How do I diagnose the BCM?

Default Engine runs fine. I cut the mirror cable. How do I diagnose the BCM?
Climate died instantly. Transmission won't move from P. The underhood fuses don't map to Transmission or Climate and they look good.
