Default JDM into the USDM car

Hey guys, just signed up & had some questions as I got a 2003 GS300 a few years ago from my shop that I was working at because the guy tried to fix his front main seal & messed up the timing, wound up breaking off exhaust valves in cylinders 1 and 2, cylinder 1 got unlucky enough to puncture the piston… once I pulled the head & figured out the $, the guy left it for a while, I bought it from him & it sat at that shop until I had it towed in which one of the meth head coworkers stripped the cams & took the cold air intake. Finally got the car back to my folks where I’m staying for time being, got the block/tranny pulled when the JDM motor got here & I'm noticing a few things differ like the oil filter housing, power steering, etc. does anyone have a good write up for swapping a JDM motor into a USDM car? I was told by SoCal JDM since the ecu was damaged in transit that it would all plug up into mine as they shipped the engine with wire harness attached

Sorry, this is not a JDM to USDM swap write up.
The 2JZ-GE engine was produced in several modifications for different cars. The engine accessories (oil filter housing, power steering pump) can be swapped from the old engine. They are just bolted on. My thoughts on the ECU and wiring harnesses are that they may be different due to different emission standards.

P.S "meth head coworker"
