I used engine degreaser and pressure washer to clean my engine. I used leaf blower to dry the car and let it dry in sun for a week and now the car smokes allot after driving it. I left it running for 30 minutes and lots of smoke coming out where the exhaust manifold is. Is this smoke ever gonna stop. Is there anything i can do to make it stop. The smoke even comes inside the car.

 

Only you know what is really going on with the car. The exhaust manifold and downpipe are easily accessible under the hood and under the vehicle.
Take a flashlight, look around and make sure you don't get a lot of junk on it.

 

The exhaust side of headhas big cavities in the head. it will boil off and stop. Just keep driving
