I lost my car key last night at a rave party and i couldnt find the key. I only got a master key when i bought this car. Now the car is at dealer and they gonna charge me $841 for 2 master keys and programing. Is there anyway cheaper way to get the key? Thx for your help

Good tip, but i dont believe programming is covered by the sale! You might want to check how much they are going to rip you for programming the key before you go that route!

nope.. u cant use the old computer... the computer requires a WORKING master key to program a new key. (as far as i know) search this topic... it has been discussed a WHOLE lot of times... i dont know if the newer GS's have abandoned this flaw/feature. But as of last i heard, not yet. I'm actually surprised they quoted you at such a low price of 800. usually, i hear people saying that they end up paying over a grand for this procedure. But it actually depends on the dealership (and your relationship with your dealership). Some have been known to cover (some or all) of the cost for some of their customers. Look into this!
