Hello, I'm having some issues with my main master key. The range was absolutely horrible (didn't work more than 2 metres away), so I changed the battery to a new one. It didn't fix the issue, and now the car won't start with it either. Its been like this for a few months so I've had to carry the master key to unlock it without putting the key in the door, and using the secondary to start the car, I tried a method I saw online by leaving it in the ON position for like 5 minutes and it starts, but if I try it again later it won't. Do I need to reregister the key? I have access to Techstream so I can do it myself.
Also how would I fix the horrible range? Its really annoying me
