Default Aristo water pump conversion

Hello friends,
I have a 1993 aristo. And I am in confusion as to what water pump to use.
1. Original Water pump has line going to hydro fan. And finding this pump is becoming a PIA
2. I can do a USDM conversion. In this case what is the pump assembly i should be using and what will replace the existing fan? Just so you k now I am located in Phoenix, AZ. So it get really hot in summers. So I do not want to compromise on cooling system.

I will greatly appreciate any insight, help and instructions on this topic.

Thanks in advance!!

I swapped for the USDM pump on a car I had before. I opted to go with a Supra radiator and electric fans as well which required slight medication for the upper rad supports and relocation of the bottom rad supports. I was doing a manual conversion at the time, so I didn't need a trans cooler, but if you go this way with an auto, you'll also need to buy a remote oil cooler for the trans.

Depending on what the issue is with your current pump, I know some people have chosen to just change the impeller plate and gasket. I think I have two sitting on the shelf in case I need them in my current Aristo.

Thank you Ryan!
At moment no issues with the car. Just want to do the maintenance and go from there. How did you wire the electric fans? Do u have a writeup or a build thread that i can refer back to? Also any idea what the part# would be for the new conversion pump?

Unfortunately, no, I don't really have a build thread (at least not on this forum), and I didn't do the work myself, so I couldn't tell you how it got wired up.

I don't have the part number handy, but it should be easy to look up because you just need to find the part number for the whole water pump assembly (front and back).

Realized I gave you the wrong water pump part number before. Here's the TT USDM water pump front/rear: 16100-49847

You will also need a clutch fan setup, which can be a sc300/gs300/1jz/supra.That would give you the most reliable OEM fan setup, and allow you to get rid of your entire hydro setup and avoid the electric fan wiring.

Yeah im pretty sure even is300 would work (assuming its not electric), and as long as its a 2jzge/2jzgte/1jzgte. Its a 4 bolt snout housing. I've used a fan off a 1st gen gs300 and 1jzgte.
